We have opened an office in Mizue, Tokyo to make it easier for our Japanese clients to use LED displays.
For our clients the service we provide is just as important as the product itself. Many projects need us to check the site before we start working on them. When we are installing the LED displays we often have to deal with things like the size of the display the structure of the building how to get power to it and how to get it up and running. After the project is finished our clients want to know that it will be easy to maintain the display and that we will be able to help them if they have any technical problems. This is why it is so useful for us to have an office in Japan.
XINTAI LED now has an office in the Mizue district of Tokyo. This means that our Japanese clients can talk to us directly we can solve any problems they have quickly and their projects can run more smoothly. Whether they want to know more about the solution before we start working on it or they need help with any problems that come up after it is installed we can give them the support they need.

A lot of our clients are worried about what happens after they buy an LED display. They want to know if the site is suitable for installation if the display will work well in the environment if it will be easy to maintain and if we can fix any problems that come up quickly. If we are only talking to them remotely it can take a time to deal with these concerns.. Now that we have an office in Japan we can reduce these worries.
Opening the Mizue Office is not about having a new address. It is about changing the way we provide service to our clients. We want to give our clients clearer guidance before we start working on a project. While we are working on the project we want to make sure that the technical side of things runs smoothly.. After the project is finished we want to make sure that our clients can rely on us for support. This means that our clients can use their LED displays without worrying and they can plan for the term.
We have also put together some technical service packages that our clients can choose from depending on what they need for their project. Some clients want us to check the site carefully before we install the display so we can identify any problems and fix them before they become bigger issues. Others want to make sure that the display will be easy to maintain after it is installed so it will keep working.. Some clients want us to take care of everything from buying the display to installing it to providing support after it is up and running. We want to give our clients the support they need no what they are looking for.
In the market it is really important that we provide good service and communicate clearly. A lot of projects have to be done and there are a lot of details to take care of on site. If we do not communicate well at the beginning it can end up costing money later on.. If we have people on the ground in Japan from the start a lot of things become much simpler. Our clients can get their projects done quickly and they do not have to worry about going back and forth with us to confirm everything.
